This winter walk starts at Orchard Beach and centers on the northern forested areas of Hunter Island and Bartow-Pell Woods. Participants will scan the waters for overwintering waterfowl, loons, grebes, and Harbor Seals, and walk 1-2 miles on mostly flat terrain.

Leader: Jack RothmanTransportation: Carpool Trip: While carpool rides for everyone usually work out, there is no guarantee of enough volunteer drivers to accommodate all participants. The Registrar will work to organize rides and to notify participants when a rental car may be necessary.
