Explore Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, a bird habitat with salt marshes, ponds, fields, woods, an open bay and islands. The half-day trip is led by Karlo Mirth and includes walking 3-4 miles on mostly flat terrain.

However, an effort will be made by the registrar to provide rides, though there is no guarantee of enough volunteer drivers to accommodate all participants.
